Privacy Policy

What this policy covers

This policy describes how the public Best Pilots Now website at bestpilotsnow.com handles information. The blog (/blog/) and Storify (/storify/) run on their own software and may process data differently — for example through comments or accounts — and this policy applies to them only to the extent described here.

Information we collect

The main website is a static site. It has no user accounts and does not itself store personal data. Like virtually all websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) for security and operational purposes.

Contact form and email

If you contact us by email or through the contact form, we receive the information you choose to send — your name, email address and message. We use it only to respond to you and do not sell it or share it with third parties except where required to operate the service or by law.

Cookies and local storage

The main website does not set tracking cookies. It uses your browser's local storage for one preference only: your chosen light or dark color mode. This value never leaves your device. The blog and Storify applications may set their own cookies as part of their normal operation.

Third-party services

Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser requests font files from Google's servers; Google may log those requests as described in its own privacy policy. No analytics or advertising scripts are currently embedded on the static site.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data we hold about you (for example, correspondence you have sent us). Contact us at support@bestpilotsnow.com and we will help.

Changes to this policy

If our data practices change — for example when community accounts launch — this policy will be updated and the date above revised.
